KEEP IN TOUCH — PERSONAL DATA POLICY

1. Withdrawal and replacement
1.1 The KEEP IN TOUCH Personal Data Policy dated 5 March 2025, which described the handling of information submitted through the "Contact Us" form on the Company's website, is withdrawn with effect from 9 August 2026.
1.2 All matters covered by that document are now contained in the KEEP IN TOUCH Privacy Policy, which from that date is the Company's single privacy notice. The Privacy Policy covers all personal data processed by the Company, through the application, the website, the Company's Stations, payments, customer support and the "Contact Us" form, and sets out, in respect of each purpose, the legal basis relied upon, the retention period applied, the recipients, the place of storage, the security measures applied, and the rights of the data subject together with the manner of their exercise.

2. Reason for the change
Two separate privacy documents covering overlapping subject matter gave rise to the risk that an amendment to one would not be reflected in the other. A single document is clearer for the data subject and is more readily kept accurate by the Company.
3. Effect for the data subject
3.1 The rights of the data subject are unchanged and are set out in full in the Privacy Policy, including the right to be informed of the data held, to obtain a copy, to have data corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to stop direct marketing, to withdraw consent, to request review by a natural person of a decision taken by automated processing, and to complain.
3.2 Information submitted through the "Contact Us" form is not treated differently by reason of this change. Such information is described in clauses 3.6 and 4.5 of the Privacy Policy.
3.3 The User Agreement has been amended so as to refer to the Privacy Policy only. The Personal Data Policy no longer forms part of the agreement between the data subject and the Company.
